Doctors have always observed strange epidemics of non-contagious diseases, such as epidemics of arthrosis or ulcers.
Cosmo-geological causes have been hypothesised, i.e., solar winds or fluctuations in the earth’s magnetic field.
The most comment ailment in Timbuktu two years ago, that people came asking for help for was haemorrhoids. A real epidemic.
So on my return there I brought with me a large supply of cypress essential oil, the miracle remedy for this problem.
It looks that this widespread disturb was not a temporary epidemic. It is still there.

The essence should be used pure (be careful, it burns the first few times) or in olive oil (40 drops per 8 ml). It should be applied every time you go to the bathroom, after cleaning yourself with water and not with paper. The paper should be used to dry the area to be treated, dabbing gently. The results are fast and decisive.

The remedy is not only very effective, but the results are also very fast and relief comes within the first few applications.

This essence has cured everyone I have given it to, without exception, even people who have suffered for decades.

However, on arrival in Timbuktu, I found an epidemic of headaches.

For the most part of the cases, the disorder was due to sinusitis. To ascertain the problem, all one has to do is to tap the arch of the eye with the tip of the finger. If the patient feels pain, the sinuses are inflamed.

The sandy winds sweeping through the city lift the dirty dust from the streets and are an obvious cause of this epidemic. The sewage from the houses pours into the dust in the street where it disperses, and everyone spits on the ground.

The dust in Timbuktu is true poison and it is not surprising that women and children are more affected by respiratory infections, as they do not wear the turban that men wear and use to wrap their faces.

I still wonder however, why there was not this epidemic of headaches two years ago, when the hygienic situation in Timbuktu was the same.  Two things have changed in the city, the gigantic telephone masts of the Orange Company and the taste of tap water, which smells of a chemical that is certainly not chlorine bleach. I immediately suspected the water, because I also got a headache in the first days.

However, with aromatherapy, the solution to migraines and sinusitis is the same and it’s simple, it’s peppermint essential oil.

It is applied to the sore spots, the eyebrows, temples, skull or even the neck, because many headaches can be traced back to a disorder of the vertebrae and muscles in the neck. Mint has an immediate effect on the symptoms of sinusitis, which are headaches, a congested nose and sinuses. But this essential oil also acts on the cause of the disease until it is resolved, with long-term treatment.

In Timbuktu, however, I have achieved lasting results that I would not have achieved with mint alone, using the essence together with acupuncture needles in the eyebrows.

I am therefore continuing to experiment with the combined use of aromatherapy and acupuncture, particularly for joint and back rheumatism problems, with Mental Sport (Lavender, Rosemary and Mint).
